Jacob (Yaki) Shiran
Founder
“When Experience Matters!” - an enthusiastic, highly experienced, professional and motivated executive with a proven track record of 30+ years of successful senior leadership positions in the dynamic Aerospace Industry. Yaki is open now to exploit and share his experience and expertise in new challenging opportunities in the areas of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship as well as in boards of directors and advisory boards.
Following a professional leadership career as a Senior Officer (ret. Lt. Col.) in the Israeli Air Force (IAF), Yaki joined Israel Aerospace Industries, the largest industrial corporation in Israel. There he has held senior executive roles, heading with full P&L accountability, several, large scale business entities / divisions (up to 400M$ annual sales, 2,000 employees):
These posts, in three different groups, gave him a comprehensive knowledge and expertise in diverse technological fields, both in Commercial and Military industries. He is a recognized leader of large, multi-disciplinary operations, based on his ability to integrate across multiple & varied business areas to drive results and accomplish shared goals. His experience includes cutting-edge technologies with vast experience in tackling performance and scaling issues typical for today’s highly demanding environments in both growth and decline situations.

With extensive and multi-disciplinary experience and background, ranging from deep technology understanding, product management, project execution, business and strategy definition and a proven monetization expertise,
Ariel has fulfilled a wide variety of positions in the product, project and business areas throughout a full product life cycle in the mobile and web worlds cooperating with global customers and partners worldwide. Key skills and experience: product and project management, business development, strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship, mobile devices.

Michael (Miki) Shiran
Co-Founder
An enthusiastic, well rounded software developer and system architect, adherent of open source and cutting-edge technologies with vast experience in tackling performance and scaling issues typical for today’s highly demanding environments.
On the personal level, Miki is a fun, charismatic, hard-working and dedicated person, who loves to spread his own knowledge but also learn something new every day.
